British Council Pakistan

The British Council Pakistan conducts English language classes and administers IELTS test in Pakistan.

They are also involved in a number of projects with cultural significance. According to their site, they "are working with partners in the UK and in Pakistan to build relationships that last with institutions and with people like you."
