The British Council Sri Lanka conducts English language classes and administers English language examinations such as the IELTS test.

They are also involved in a number of projects with cultural significance.

There are 2 locations in Sri Lanka. One in Colombo and the other in Kandy.

To sign up for an IELTS exam in Sri Lanka you should do the following:

1. Find out when there are available test dates. Do this by clicking here.

2. Go to the British Council Sri Lanka site and download theapplication form.

3. Follow the directions on their site for registration and test taking procedures.
